1. Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an immediate email acknowledging receipt of your order (a “Order Acknowledgment”). This is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order (e.g., if an item is out of stock, or if there is an error in pricing or product information). A binding contract is formed only when we send a “Order Confirmation” email, which will include details of your order, shipping information, and estimated delivery timeline.
2. Payment
- Currency: All prices on the Site are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
- Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount (including product prices, shipping fees, and applicable taxes) to your chosen payment method. Payment must be successfully processed before your order is shipped.

3. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of the Order Confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Time: After shipment, delivery is estimated to take 6–12 business days. Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier disruptions).
- Shipping Notifications: Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available) to the email address provided in your order.
- Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after delivery.
4. Returns
- Eligibility: You may return unused, unwashed, and undamaged products (with original tags and packaging intact) for a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery. Fragrances and personalized accessories are non-returnable unless defective.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item(s). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to deny a refund if items do not meet return eligibility criteria.
5. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we approve your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your payment provider’s processing policies.
- Refund Amount: Refunds will equal the purchase price of the returned item(s) (in USD), excluding original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
6. Pricing & Availability
- Pricing Errors: We strive to display accurate prices, but errors may occur (e.g., due to technical issues). If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will notify you and offer to either cancel the order (with a full refund if payment was processed) or proceed at the correct price.
- Stock Availability: Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and refund the amount for that item.
