All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date we send your “Order Confirmation” email (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may be extended during peak periods (e.g., sales, holidays) or if additional verification is required for your order. We will notify you via email if there is a delay in processing your order.
2. Delivery Timeframe
After your order is shipped, delivery is estimated to take 6–12 business days. This timeline applies to all destinations and is calculated from the date of shipment (not the order placement date).
Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- Carrier delays (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions)
- Customs processing (for international shipments, where applicable)
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
We are not able to offer expedited or expedite (express) shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no additional charges regardless of your order’s total weight or delivery location. At checkout, no shipping fees will be displayed, as all delivery costs are fully covered.
Since shipping fees are waived, they do not factor into refund requests. However, our standard refund eligibility still applies for the following cases:
- We ship the wrong item(s)
- The item is defective
- The order is canceled before it is shipped
4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Abercrombiea account (if you created one) and viewing your order history.
6. Delivery Addresses
- We only ship to valid, physical addresses (no P.O. boxes, unless specified otherwise for your region).
- You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If you need to modify your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. We cannot guarantee address modifications once shipping processing has begun.
7. International Shipping (If Applicable)
For international shipments:
- All delivery timelines (6–12 business days) include customs processing, but we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
- You are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

8. Undelivered or Lost Packages

We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund unless the carrier confirms the package is lost.
- If a package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), we will issue a replacement or full refund (including shipping fees) once the carrier confirms the loss (typically 10–14 days after shipment).
9. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations due to legal requirements, carrier limitations, or other operational reasons. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you before processing your order and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.
